Marlow Horticultural Society is a community organisation in Marlow, Buckinghamshire for members with an interest in gardening and plants. We host monthly gardening talks, workshops, and events throughout the year under the umbrella of the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS).

As we move into the autumn with this years Annual Flower Show behind us we look forward to our autumn programme of speakers .

Next Tuesdays speaker Timothy Walker starts of our Autumn programme with a lively look at what we should be planting to brighten up our gardens in the winter months ahead.

We hope you visited our Annual Flower Show held on Saturday 29th August in Liston Hall which was a successful event with great produce on display, despite such challenging growing conditions this summer.

Can we still remember our garden visit this year on Saturday 25th April when we visited Royal Horticultural Society Garden at Wisley. This was well supported and 35 members and friends enjoyed the day visiting those gardens, little did we know at the time that a summer drought was to follow.

At least its now started to rain again !

We are now well into our exciting speaker programme for 2026 and we look forward to meeting you when you come along to our next event.

Do come along and participate in this meeting.

Timothy will speak of the colour we can still create from flowers and plants in the Winter garden. Do come along and enjoy the evening and meet up with friends for this speaker evening.

We hope you entered some of your home grown produce into the Annual Show on Bank Holiday Saturday 29th August ?

The evening will include teas, coffee and biscuits served during the evening.
Cost £2 per head for members / £5 for non members.
